General conditions of business

Prices
All the prices are calculated ex cellar, domestic taxes included.

Payment
Delivery in Austria: After confirmation of the order the wines will be delivered to you. The invoice has to be payed within 7 days on receipt of your wines. In the case of delayed payment we have to charge you interest.
Delivery to any other country: prepayment: After confirmation of the order please transfer the amount of the invoice to the accout number 75.132.154 at P.S.K. (Austria) with the bank identification code 60.000. As soon as the money arrives on our account, the wines will be dispatched to you.
Delivery
Your wine will be dispatched to you in approved boxes usually within 2 working days after confirmation of your order. Delivery costs are automatically added to your order on our website.

Order Acceptance
An order is agreed only after our confirmation by e-mail or telephone-call. With the sending of the order our GCB are applied. If for any reason we are unable to deliver the order, Rotweinbau Moritz will cancel the order and notify the customer by e-mail to arrange further options. The delivery times specified by us are not compulsory. We are not responsible for any damages, due to unforseen circumstances, or if the supply is delayed.

Availability
The availability is not binding and non-committal. The quotation of prices of the wines are indicated in Euros and apply at the point of time of your attendance in our virtual Internet wineshop. Due to the limited availabilty of individual wines a "sellout" situation can occur during your order. In this case you will be informed by Rotweinbau Moritz immediately.

Customer Satisfaction
Once the order is dispatched from Rotweinbau Moritz the carrier assumes all responsibility. Please check the order therefore immediately upon or after delivery for any damages or missing items. The customer must notify us immediately upon discovery of any discrepancies to the delivery within 3 days. Any complaints received after this time will be refused.

Warranty
Any "corked" wines will not be replaced according to international recognised practice. If the customer either over-orders or selects the wrong wine by mistake, the wine can be returned to Rotweinbau Moritz within 14 days. However this will be at the customers own expense and will include the original delivery cost (costs to the customer). We do not take responsibility for any damage or losses, which results to the buyer from the use of the software or the purchase of products in the virtual Internet Shop. If at any time one or more of these conditions are not valid to one customer, the remaining terms and conditions will apply.

Retention of Title
Until full payment has been made on any order either submitted or dispatched, Rotweinbau Moritz remains the owner of the requested wines.
Place of delivery for the supply and payment is Horitschon, area of jurisdiction is Oberpullendorf.
